If I have COVID-19 relief or PPE supplies, what should I put on my profile for the VendorProof Marketplace?
To ensure healthcare facilities can clearly recognize what supplies you have related to COVID-19 response, please put your information in the Business Summary Section as well as the Business Description Section.
In the business description section, put items in a separate paragraph or bullet point list in bold. Include item and/or services provided and quantity available, if applicable.

Does ProviderTrust take a percentage of the vendor sales or charge healthcare facilities to use the VendorProof Marketplace to find vendors with COVID-19 relief or PPE supplies?
ProviderTrust will not ask for any percentage of sales or charge healthcare facilities to use Vendorproof Marketplace’s services. Our goal is to quickly connect healthcare facilities with vendors who are offering the supplies and services they need during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Do I have to pay a fee to have a VendorProof Marketplace profile for purposes of promoting my pandemic supplies?
There is no fee for vendors who are using the VendorProof Marketplace to promote the COVID-19 relief or PPE supplies to healthcare facilities during the COVID-19 Pandemic. After a year, we may contact you to see whether you would like to pay to continue to appear on the VendorProof Marketplace.
What is ProviderTrust doing to notify healthcare organizations about the VendorProof Marketplace?
We have been in communication with our healthcare clients, as well as additional facilities that have reached out to us. We are also announcing that the VendorProof Marketplace has been adapted to help healthcare facilities find the supplies and services they need through our website, blog, social media, and PR outlets.
What if I do not have a TIN (tax identification number) because the business is located outside the United States/Canada?
If you are an international company and do not have a TIN, insert zeros in place of the TIN (example: 00-0000000).
